He has worked through the ranks to become our branch manager at Guildford, having held the position at Cranleigh for many years.
He is vastly experienced having completed many leadership and management courses over the years. He leads our team of 16 at our busy flagship branch.

I have to say I was nervous about using them after some of the negative reviews in the last year or so. Previously I used Guildford tyre co about 2 years ago after buying our MX5 and wanting to check all the wheels were aligned. Because this company uses Hunter wheel alignment equipment, they were recommended to us by folks on the UK MX5 forum. Back then it turned out my tracking was correct on all 4 wheels and the test was free. Nonetheless, 2 years on looking at the negative reviews I was thinking ‘no smoke without fire’, and all that. So I wasn’t sure if they’d changed hands and standards had dropped. But this last weekend I received a good and (I believe) honest free wheel alignment test. This time both back wheels were slightly out. But this wasn’t a big surprise as we’d had two new rear shocks fitted recently and it was the reason we were having the alignment checked. To be fair to them, they said the alignment was a little bit out and on the cusp of needing doing. But they also pointed out it wasn’t massively out and so wasn’t urgent. So overall I felt they were transparent about the results and I’ll be happy to use them again further down the track.

Excellent experience today. Thought my tires needed changing, but turns out after closer inspection they didn't. They were honest and instead of just doing the job anyway, said I should come back in another 1000 miles - really respect companies who don't try and sting you for no reason.
