He became the manager of the Ash Vale site went it was first opened in 2017, having transferred from our Guildford branch.
Phil has fantastic customer service skills, backed up with enormous experience and runs a great team of 8 members of staff.

Had my big service and mot done there. Gave me a price with all the listed things that it includes before I booked it which was good. Really nice guy that's in charge. Did my puncture and didn't charge me. Been before to check my tyres and said all OK, they could have said yes they need doing and I wouldn't have know any difference, liked the honesty.

I don't go anywhere else. Latest experience was to be fitted in last minute for a simple but emergency repair, which was sorted in 10 minutes. Such polite and helpful staff. Total honesty about repairs, and don't suggest doing work when it's not necessary. I've always had a great experience here, and 100% recommend them. Thank you!

I had a puncture and needed it fixed super quick, they fit me in this morning. Amazing communication and very quick tyre change! 10/10 would recommend 👌🏻 (They also showed me the tyre with the nail in it was so cool)

I called late Tuesday afternoon after speaking to several other places to ask if they could fit a new tyre on my dads car, they got the tyre delivered to them by close that day and fitted at 8am Wednesday morning. Great service and pricing, will definitely recommend to others 🙂
